Please read this T.O.S in it's entirety if you're considering commissioning me
By commissioning me, you must agree with these terms

General Information

  1. You must be 18 years or older to commission NSFW artwork from me. Absolutely no exceptions.

  2. I am within my full right to decline any commission I deem uncomfortable or beyond my skill level. I also have the full right to cancel and refund a commission at any given time

  3. I am within my full right to use any commission work for examples, portfolio purposes, or as promotional material. However, this excludes private commissions.

  4. I am within my full right to post any completed commission on to my page if it was not requested to be private. I may also choose not to post a commission. If I decide not to post a commission of yours, do not harass me to do so. I am not obligated to post commissions I would prefer not to post. You are free to post the commission on your own page, however with proper credit!

  5. You must provide a visual character reference. I am no longer working with incomplete references or descriptions. You must have a visual reference for me to work with or I am not accepting your commission. (it doesn’t need to be an entire detailed character reference sheet)

  6. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO COMMISSION ME!!! If you are no longer interested in getting a commission, please inform me. It’s a big waste of my time when I try to work with an unresponsive person. Ghosting or avoidance in discussing the commission further may result into me blacklisting you.

  7. You can get multiple commissions with one slot. The max amount you can get is 4! I accept partial payment, but only if the commission(s) exceeds $500. I must receive the other half within 2 weeks or I will cancel the commission and refund your money.

Commission Process

  1. Once I have accepted your form, I will contact you via you're preferred method. I'll give you the total of the commission and I'll send an invoice to your p@yp@l email after confirmation.

  2. I always provide w.i.ps. The sketch can have as many changes as you need until you are satisfied. However, drastic changes may incur additional charges (Complete pose change, character swap, etc.) Once I get confirmation that the sketch is approved, I will complete the rest of the artwork. There can only be minimal changes made to the final image.

  3. It may take me 2 weeks to a month to complete a commission. It could be longer depending on the contents of the commission, placement in the queue, the amount of commissions per person, or irl events that may tamper with my workflow. I will do my best to provide updates when requested.

  4. Please do not rush me. If you would like to check on the status of your commission periodically, you may. But please do not constantly ask about it. You can always refer to my Trello page to keep up with the status of your commission.

REFUND POLICY

If at any point a refund is necessary on your end, a full refund is only valid if I haven’t sent you a clean sketch w.i.p. Afterwards, any request for a refund will be partial. After the commission is complete you are no longer eligible for a refund.
